- One of the peculiar things about the village is that it even manages donations given to the local deity temple. Donations given there become part of OSR which inturn is used for the welfare of the village amicably.

- Grampanchayat owned tricyle facilitates villagers availing service at the door step to collect garbage.

- Fisheries and fruit tree auctions. Grampanchayat has planted about 2000 trees. This has enriched biodiversity, at the same time generating income for the panchayat.

- Land on lease to local enterprises helps in local employment generation.

- Solar-powered infrastructure including schools, dispensaries etc.
